Services, Booking, Fees and Payment
Sense-E Consulting currently offers three services to our Clients: Styling, Costume Design and Production Management (as detailed on each hyperlinked page). After signing up for a service the Client is scheduled for an Initial Consultation with us where they are presented with a service quote based on their individual needs and goals. All prices are quoted in the United States Dollar (USD) and are subject to change without notice.
After the Initial Consultation the Client can secure a booking by entering an agreement with the Consultant and paying the initial deposit as outlined in said agreement. Payment methods and schedules will be disclosed during the Initial Consultation.
We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
Warranty
We warrant that the Service will be performed with reasonable skill and care.
We do not guarantee, represent or warrant that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free.
We manage your personal data according to our Privacy Policy.
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Sense-E Consulting and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service or the documents they incorporate by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New York, United States.
If any of the provisions of this Terms of Service shall become or be held invalid or unenforceable, all other provisions hereof shall remain in good standing and effect as permitted by applicable law. The same applies if there is a gap in the Terms of Service agreement.
